Asher Kaye is a New York-based producer and filmmaker working across documentary and narrative film.
His recent projects include Hometown Famous (2026), which follows an Ohio-based Fleetwood Mac tribute band, and the narrative shorts The Man of the Hour (2025) and Like Royalty (2024).
He is currently in post-production on Conducting History, a documentary exploring how artists confront tyranny and how music takes on new meaning across generations, connecting Shostakovich's life under Stalin with conductor Raphael Jimenez's relationship to his home country of Venezuela.
