About Asher 

Asher Kaye, born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, is a multifaceted filmmaker with skills in various aspects of filmmaking, including directing, cinematography, lighting, and editing. He is currently a senior at Oberlin College and Conservatory, studying Cinema with a minor in History. He recently spent a semester abroad at the Prague Film School in an intensive program where he graduated with honors. 

Asher gravitates towards stories about fantasy, science fiction, and absurdism, as well as telling stories related to his interests and hobbies. 

Beyond filmmaking, Asher enjoys a plethora of hobbies, including astrophotography, coin collecting, comic book collecting, sourdough baking, 3-D printing, and building Lego. Many of these hobbies infiltrate his filmmaking and storytelling.
